The movement develops a deeper sense of awareness in the physical body, allowing for better instrument control.
The mindfulness practice invites intention and study of the self. It develops focus, concentration and internal awareness with teaching tools and ways to combat performance anxieties and build self-confidence. The practice and purpose of this work is to go beyond the traits of being a good musician and/or educator, to being an impactful one.
